Lately I've been really interested in High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photography.  I tried to figure out how to do it but I was never able to grasp it.  Finally, with a new camera and the right software, as well as knowledge, I have been able to figure it out.

To those of you that don't know, in order to take a picture and create an HDR image, you have to take a picture, the same picture, at three separate exposures and then merge them with your choice of software.  Usually, you will get a picture that is unlike anything you could see in real life, but sometimes, the image can be made to look more subtle, but the colors will stand out more.

This journal entry is for the artists that I watch that have successfully created stunning HDR images, that I want to share with my lovely watchers. .

:iconrealitydream: He is best known for his Hungarian Skies collective, but I wanted to share some of his other works with you.

:iconwayman: HDR IR is something I didn't know existed until a few hours ago.  Here are the cream of the crop, so to say.

YSP Bridge - IR - HDRi by Wayman
The Prairie House HDRi IR by Wayman

:iconstg123: This particular artist seems to keep his photographs looking as realistic as possible, a rare occurrence with HDR.
